Personal Training
Unlike many other Personal Trainers that rely on cookie
cutter workout programmes for every client, I believe that personal training
should be just that – personal.
I work with every single client to devise a realistic
set of objectives, and each training session is aligned to individual goals,
preferences and timeframes – with regular checkpoints to make sure we are on
the right track.
With a range of training options available, there
really is something for everyone.
